I'm Amy, the owner and creator behind Grazey For You. With formal training from an accredited culinary school and years of experience as a cold food chef, I've mastered the art of crafting visually stunning and delicious grazing tables and charcuterie boards. From my early days working at a large hotel catering for events with up to 30,000 people, I learned how to elevate simple ingredients into masterpieces that captivate the eye and delight the palate.
I've had the privilege of working on large-scale events, where I crafted intricate cheese platters and cold food displays for thousands of guests. That experience taught me the precision and organization needed for big events while allowing me to bring a personal, boutique touch to each unique occasion.
